We can't process payment
 
Hi Guess sorry for venting again but i'm am so sick of seeing this message when i go checkout for paying for an eBay item " WE CAN'T PROCESS YOUR PAYMENT'' and i have plenty of money in my Paypal Balance what is the cause and solution for this.. Please any help would be a blessing

I have gotten that too. Although I haven't confirmed my CC. So I am going to see if that case. If not I am going to have speak to someone at PP which sucks. Although need to use this account.

Please let me know if you guys found anything regarding this situation.

From my experience its usually due to the age of the account and the amount of history you have for the account on your device.

I believe all aspect need to verified. This is what I am feeling is what happening. If the CC and BA are not verified no purchase.

PP is not a pal whatsoever. The laws of PP change like every single day.

its over 2 months old and can paypal track my device how is that possible??

I had this MSG on Sending money and Withdraw money, easily to be fixed, call PP the agent will adjust your account and you will be able to do it

just called paypal about this

she said she'll sort it out for me

was on hold for about 7 minutes.. nail biting stuff


she came back and she said the back office did a few more amendments... she said wait 15 mins and then try again... if that doesnt work LEAVE IT FOR A FULL 24 HOURS - AS THE BACK OFFICE REFRESHES ACCOUNTS IN BATCHES...


she said everytime you try to make a payment, whether ebay or any site, she said you are further creating another 24hour window...

she said that right now my account (or the situation) is very sensitive


RIGHT NOW IM GOING TO LEAVE IT FOR 24 HOURS -

they limited my account

When you will see this MSG do not try to send payment more than 2 Times otherwise the system will limit access your account

You need use a static ip, same device and don't try to withdraw instantly your funds.

yeah ive been using vpns all other the place and my real ip as well

tbh this is not a stealth account guys - im just on here to help other guys posts out etc and see what other people have to say ; but if this account goes i wont be too dishartened

they didnt even give me the resolution steps to resolve other account ive had in the past...

if i received that, i would have probably of had around 20 resolution steps to have completed...


maybe this split from ebay is good...?
