Thoughts on new account that is limited
 

So i created my first stealth ebay and paypal accounts and everything went great. I decided to use a VBA until i had some money in the account and then add my bank account to withdraw. I purchased a VBA from a seller on the forum, actually I ordered two accounts. So he sends me two accounts with the same instant verify account info, IE same login and pw. I figured if I do that I will link them and said **** that and added the bank info instead so I could do the manual verification of the bank account. So fast forward to yesterday I login and find that the micro deposits didnt go thru or the bank reported back that they werent legit and now that account is currently limited and I cant remove the bank info to replace with good info. Is this account toast? I would like to keep the alias name and maybe create a new paypal account, guess ill need a new email addy and provide that to ebay. IM just worried ebay and paypal is still sharing alot of info and will link and ban the accounts.

Dont bother.
Its a brand new account with no activity and no history so the loss is minimal. No point in risking a link to this limited account by using the same info.
Cut your losses and move on starting fresh.

I agree with Slokor. And, for the record, the login and password during the immediate bank account confirmation will NOT link your accounts. I do not know WHY this is, but I can verify that they do not link.

Its because its not paypal doing the verification directly. They use a third party who does that part for them.
Also, since it is illegal for them to keep that sort of information them being able to link accounts this way would come out in no time and would be proof of them breaking the law. They wouldnt risk it.
