Using Stealth Paypal to Purchase

Is it safe to use a stealth paypal to purchase stuff online?

If I go to walmart.com and buy some stuff and request walmart to have the stuff ship to my real address, but my paypal having a different address, will paypal see that the address is different and see my real address?

And would the payment go through for mis matched address?

I can say for sure wont work with Walmart. I tried in past and it got returned.

Use in store pickup. I do that all the time for Target, etc.

I guess in-store pick up is the only way.

ONLY if your name matches the Paypal account. They will check your ID upon pick up.

I bought something a long time ago and added my address on the websites order checkout form and when i checked the paypal transaction my address was there. Different from my paypal address. Nothing happened but i would imagine often purchases with addresses not matching could be an issue unless you convince them its a gift or something.

Oh Damn!!! My PayPal name is different from my Real Name? I can't pick up or have it ship???

On top of that, I don't know what number I have on file with this PayPal stealth account and I can't send or anything. I can only use it to buy stuff!!!

I'd buy a digital gift card sent to your email, but this only works with stuff you actually need. If you're trying to do some other funny business, it would be very difficult.

Don't know if this will help anybody but I've bought things from Best Buy online (legit purchase) in the past and had a gift recipient designated as the pickup in another state. Says Best Buy website takes Pay Pal, don't know if a stealth identity could order something with PayPal and have your real info as the gift recipient for pickup... Might work, might not
