Sending payment as gift or as service. Which one is more harder to do ?

Hi,

I have pp accounts and received money for service, but I am getting error while trying to send payment to another person. Sometimes paypal saying 'cant send at this time' , on some accounts 'need additional autorization...' . But if I would receive payments as gift, would same errors occur while trying to send payment?

I mean, I getting error when trying to send money which got for service, but if I would get payments as gift, would I be able to sent the money or I would get the same errors too ?

A gift for sure.

When getting errors, it has something to do with trust of Paypal. It's either they don't trust the sender or they don't trust the Paypal account you are sending it to.

I have encountered the "additional authorization required" error or whatever when trying to send money as a gift. Usually for newer accounts. I would just send funds as payment for goods or services. Gift sending is under scrutiny at the microscopic level.

If a paypal account is flagged, chances are very high any type of payment will be "checked".

Need to work out the reason(s).

If I recall these are your USA accounts? Did you ever say what type of internet access you use?

Yes yes. The main question is: Are paypal watching more to funds which I got as for service or as gift?

Also, what is safe amount to receive to new account and payment as gift?

No they are not watching your funds. The error messages you are getting are paypal security bots they have in place for alot of people. At some point you might get an account review by an agent and your account will be limited until more information is needed. There is no amount that this may happen at. It may happen today, tommorrow, or who knows. Paypal advertises sending gift payments, but it's bs. They lie. You have to think like a normal person. How many gifts do normal people send a month? Probably one or two. Not alot. If you do alot maybe 3,4,5,6,7, etc it might be looked like your trying to avoid fees or something. Send them as payment for services with no shipping address and you will be fine for a while.

I would say the gift option is like a Venus fly trap. Anyone who does it gets slammed by limitation. To be honest I would invoice people if anything. 3 percent of the total sale is not worth the account being limited. PayPal and eBay need to make there cut. Both of them are here for profit and the only loyalty that they provide is to there shareholders.
