safe to keep money in paypal balance ?
 

2 weeks ago , i bought an ebay acc , wanted to sell soon but i do not have a US bank acc yet, not until feb when i go back to the US to open one.

is it safe if i sell now, and keep all the ebay income in my paypal balance until feb when i can add a US bank account?

and, what if paypal got limit BEFORE i add a bank account?

i really need to start selling now...

Just have to make sure that you do every thing you can to prevent them limiting the account

Best option would really be to wait until you are ready to add the bank account IMO

You can start selling now, but no one here can tell you that your money will be safe until February. Assuming your PayPal does NOT get limited for any known reason it SHOULD be fine but again, no one can guarantee you anything. If you sell low risk items, NOT get any major chargebacks or similar it is possible for the money to be safe.

I would not sell too much to begin with on a new account so you shouldn't have too much in that paypal account by February.
You should consider opening multiple accounts and doing the same on them all so by the time February rolls around you have several accounts aging and selling and all have a smaller balance on them thus hedging your risk.

i can almost guarantee your account will be limited.

if it's an US account, they mostly go with public data. If using false info and they can't verify a person using public data, they will be very strict and ask for a million infomation

I will never leave any money in my Paypal account when I have the chance to take it out. You will learn this the hard way if you wait....
