When PP asks us to add tax id? I know it is 200/$20,000 , but my question is how they calculate it. This limitation is from Jan to Dec each year or it is an overall limtation?
I mean, if I sell less than 200 items in 2015, I can start over and sell 200 items in 2016 or they will add those that I sold in 2015 to my 2016 selling's limitation? And since I don't live in the US (but I have a US PP), what I have to add to my account if they ask me?
