Paypal limitation
 

Once you get the notification about adding EIN or SSN how long do you have until its actually limited. is there a 2nd warning etc.

They send you that notice when you are approaching the 200/$20k threshold. Once you actually reach that threshold you won't be able to receive any more payments until you provide tax info.

NOTE: They are (for some reason) lenient on that rule this time of year. One of my accounts passed 225 sales today with no SSN/EIN.

Only thing I would say is that your comment on leniency is kind of subjective phaz0rz....1 account experience doesn't reflect a trend :( and could be misleading.

I never approach PP as being lenient on anything.

I saw thread that says that if you leave it a lone it will eventually go away or something like that. I haven't tested that myself.

sorry was old thread didn't see it.

Paypal emailed 2nd time in a week for EIN or SSN do i worry am i good till end of year. Reason i ask is after the 31st i going back to my other 2 stealths. Don't want to open another EIN. If they do limit my account its will be only receiving money and request. I can still withdraw right. I got like 1,000 pending just open the account 2 months ago.
