Pay Pal Will Not Accecpt PO BOX or UPS What Now?

Im not sure what to do for an address?

Does anyone have any sugestions.

Since when will they not accept P.O. boxes? I used one on one of my accounts just a couple of months ago. If they aren't allowing them this is definately news to me...

So how would you go about getting a card? With a virtual address or UPS store mail box?
Or is there no other easy way to get the plastic sent to you?
