no withdrawal after 180 days
 

Got 1 spanish pp account which is limited since more than 180 days.

PP is asking for a proof of address and a passport copy.

got some xxxx documents sended to them but pp wont let me withdrawal the money.

Its about 600€ in the account.

any advice for me what to do?

It's better not to call them, they'll always ask for documents. The best way is just to keep trying to withdraw every 2-3 days and eventually it will go through. Last time I called them they wanted a bank statement which I never supplied after about a week I was able to withdraw.

Did you happen to notice the OP is talking about an EU paypal and not USA.?

Differs a lot what happens.

1. When did you send the documents OP?

2. Did pp reject the documents? Not clear to me - if so, you would have to call and push back.

They are not accepting the docs but the docs realy good. I dont know what to do right now.
