Using Payoneer cards from a non-US citizens?
I have about 5 old stealth PP accounts, that I have linked with 5 different Payoneer cards and they work perfect.
However, I need to create a new one and as far as I know, PP are not allowing anymore to use a bank account from Bank Of America.
However, I have now read in the Stealth guide, that it still works for the UK. I am not sure what does this mean , so can someone please explain it to me?
Payoneer is the perfect option for me, because I don't live either in the US or UK and they send their cards all over the world. In other words - you don't need an US address to get a Payoneer card and obviusly that is important for me.
Can someone explain to me how will this work for the UK? Also - is there another card, that I can buy and that can be shipped to my country? |
