Does ebay paypal link to paypal account used on other websites?

My ebay account was suspended for 1 week. But paypal is okay.

I'm planing to sell on another website and will use paypal to get payment.
I want to register a new paypal account but the ip address is same as the old one. All other information is different.

In this case, if my old paypal account is suspended, will the new one be linked and suspended too?
