Sending funds is very tricky, yes it can be done..but
1- not for long
2- if you think linking can be done by ( IP, MAC, address.etc ) then do not do it...you still need to learn much more.
3- How you will send the funds? ( sending money - send to a friend ) then do not do it - easy ways do not work with PayPal.

Summary..... do not do it
