Have PayPal stop holding funds on new accounts?
 

I have created over 10 stealth account all have aged over 30 days and lately as I sell on eBay I notice that the funds are available immediately. I further investigate into it to see if it was a glitch but the holds are only placed onf transaction over $100 in which paypal says "pending investigation" but release the funds about 3 days after items have been received. Is it the norm? Have the 90 hold for 21 days vanished for low risk item?

There could be truth to what you say. I have accounts that don't have holds on items sold for less than 100.

all my holds are dropping after I hit around £150 which is what used to always happen on mine until 6 months or so ago, hopefully stays that way and not temporary

Me too, I created Paypal (USA) 2 weeks ago and then receiving money from Ebay. Funds are available immediately. I'm wondering if Paypal is having problem.
