Paypal Removed Funds from Bank Not VCC!!
 

When I make a new paypal I add a vcc with like $100 and usually it covers enough shipping cost and fees , until my payments stop pending and I can use them. Not sure why but i was paying shipping on an item and the amount was pulled from my bank instead of the VCC.

The bank account has my name on it. The name is linked to a seller suspended ebay account. The paypal account it is linked to is not suspended.

What should I do? Paypal is debiting $5.25 from my pnc bank account.It is currently pending. Leave it ? or call paypal have them cancel the debit plus void the label and also promise to ship the item at the post office?

I think you can cancel it in the transaction details, I remember doing it before and there is a section where you can choose your fund source in PayPal, you can uncheck bank and check credit card as your funding source.

you know you can pay for items with the paypal pending money, all you do is use the pay later option no need for a vcc. I personally dont use paypal to pay for fees or shipping op has stated one reason why

Typically this is no big deal at all. I have many accounts I pay fees etc.. from banks.

ever had funds come out the bank account for paypal shipping or selling fees?

@ op i dont use paypal/ebay to pay fees or shipping labels but No i have not ever had ebay digging there hands in my pnc bank account.
