How can I tell if I have a 21 day hold applied to my account without selling an item?
 

I just had a PayPal banned for no reason, so I need to pick a another account. I forget which ones have a hold applied and which ones don't. Is there any way to check without selling an item first?. Thanks

I thought it says at the bottom right before you click list it says if funds will be held

I don't see this kind of thing - there is no way knowing about if a hold will kick in in-advance from what I have seen.

I just tried to relist one of my items that didn't have a hold and above the list now button says this:

"While you establish a selling history on eBay, PayPal may temporarily hold the funds from each of your eBay transactions. Learn more about this PayPal policy"

No way to know for 100% is a accounts will have holds or not until you get money into the account.

I do receive email when the 21days hold is no longer in tact. it says something like my account bypassed balance of 1000$ or sth
