when will paypal withdraw from my bank?
someone who paid me reversed a charge by going to paypal saying it wasnt authorized. paypal wanted me to give them tracking number, but the problem was that this was a service that i did for somebody, there is no tracking number.
now my paypal account is in the negative and paypal is "investigating"
i want to know will they first withdraw the money from my bank account and THEN let me know that they decided in the buyer's favor, or will they first tell me they decided in the buyers favor, and give me a chance to close my bank account? |
