Do all PrePaid card work with PP?
 
I know vanillia visa works, but what about other prepaid cards? Can they be linked to PP?

Let's get something sorted here:
Prepaid cards are not the same as Gift Cards, Prepaid cards have to be registered with name, address, SSN. I seriously doubt people are going to be selling $0 balance prepaid cards.

a lot of cards work for paypal, not so many work for ebay, even less work for amazon

just stick to vanillas and you will be OK- just not the reloadable ones.
