Attach bank account before cc?
 

Hello ppl,

New to the forum so greetings to all is the first thing to say :)

I have created a new ebay/pp account with a modification of my name,
same address (modified in typing), new phone number, new prepaid cc and i
have a bank account that probably i havent attached before to pp.

I guess that the address could be the only reason i might have an issue after the first sales. What do you think?

So now i need to verify my pp and i am thinking to start from the bank account to also see if something 'bad' happens.

Any opinion will be more than welcome!!! Thank you!!

UK PayPal are we talking about here? You have no flag?

I assume you have used the same DOB as well?
Modification of address and name is something that was originally advised in the stealth guide, nowadays it is not always the best option as it's very easy for them to spot.

I prefer to add a bank then the CC after verifying the account.

If it is the USA, then your modified address will backfire.

Everything should be new. You should make sure to have access to an address too.

I create a US paypal, verify with a bank account and then confirm with a CC.

its eu account type. I wanted to use this combination first because i imagine if it works it will be strong and use longterm since its semi-stealth.

Always do credit card before bank this will save you alot of trouble

Okay, so there's two conflicting answers on here.

In my set ups when i add VBA's to my paypal accounts before the credit card i get limits or get hit with all sorts of problems.

Its safer to add a credit card first than a bank what if the account gets limited you may lose a bank account which are hard to get your hands on whereas a credit card can be made yourself online.

It depends on your platform, like ebay or etsy.

I isually make the USA paypals by verifiying with a bank account first, then attach a vcc to confirm & lift limits.

That way I have a paypal with enough boxes ticked to look good to pay pal.
I avoid VBAs as they do not work for my specific business models.

Used this method for 7 uears and never had an issue with paypal.

For my US, Canada, and UK accounts - I like to verify and operate the pp before working anything with eb
