Refund after 140 days

I have paypal acc with permanently limited.
After 140 days paypal reversed payment to buyer so I lost money and item how to resolve this problems?
I can escalate this problems?

If it gives you a option then yes.

Realistically I wouldn't get your hopes up. Your account is limited which means they DON'T want to business with you anymore.

That being said, them giving you a chance to appeal a decision (if its even possible) on a permanently limited account is pretty low. Call in a ask, you have nothing to loose.

they not change decision they sell my problems with buyer paypal acc and ask buyer return item :D haha paypal just stolen my money fu**
