Albanian Prepaid VISA Electron to US Stealth Account
 

Hi.

Since Prepaid Cards usually write FOR GENERAL PURPOSE (WHERE THE NAME OF THE CARD SHOULD BE) can I add a prepaid card issued in Albania to a US Stealth Account?

I doubt PayPal can receive name information from the debit card, can it?

Please advise.

Maybe you should explain what your trying to accomplish.....

I am trying (or at least planning to) withdrawing money from the stealth account.

Not possible on US Account. You can't withdraw funds to a card, US Paypal require a U.S Bank Account.

Sir it gives me an option to withdraw with bank account, check, or visa/mastercard.

Okay so this is odd...

When I opened this thread I was presented to the classic page of PayPal and it showed me 4 methods of withdrawing:: bank, check, card and another one i do not remember.

Now I can only see the modern site and even if I click the classic site link it does not transfer me to Paypal classic home where I would click Withdraw.

On the modern page it only shows me two possibilities: check and bank. I swear I saw the card option before, I even clicked it: it would let me enter my card details. (And yes it was paypal.com and not a phishing site, i saw my own transactions plus ssl secure connection)

What is this?

That has happened to me before where it goes from Classic Page to modern page or Business setup site. Usually when I don't save cookies. Are you saving cookies?..... And about the original question. I am pretty sure USA for USA accounts.

This is what I was talking about! Tell me that isn't odd. When I click on the GET CASH OUT OF AN ATM it let's me add a visa or a mastercard. Which means can I add an Albanian visa card there?

Not gping to work.

Too many issues.

Many outlanders, from the usual assortment of countries have been hoping to have this work.

paypal blocks the card or the issuing bank blocks the transaction. Neither party are honest with the card holder. Currency is a factor.
Def. a risk.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but "Get cash out of an ATM" is mean when you received your PayPal Debit Card, you have a choice to withdraw the money from your PayPal balance at any ATM machines. It doesn't mean that you can withdraw fund to ANY cards. Just the PayPal Debit Card only.

^^ agreed. I see the option to "get cash out of ATM" every time I withdraw money. It's referring to the paypal debit card.
