What is the email addy to reach Paypal without having to call in?
 

I was trying to add my Bancorp Bank to PayPal, couldn't... did it over the phone its under a girls name so I had my girlfriend do it.

They were supposed to send two small deposits. The bank IS already added, but they never sent the two small deposits..?

I am trying to tell them that without having to have my girlfriend call in.

I'd rather them fix it VIA e-mail if that's a possibility.

they have an email but i doubt they would address that since it's personal.

email is for very basic questions, basically stuff that's on their website. like when you should get signature confirmation and not delivery confirmation.

and if you call in, even with blocked number they can see it and link it...so pick wisely

you need to verify through deposit only so you can verify the account

OP, you can email them by clicking "help" at the bottom of the page in your paypal account. It takes you to the self-help center where you can either call or email them. If you choose email it gives you two drop down menus to specify exactly what you are emailing about. Bank account issues is one of the options in the dropdown menus.

Just send them a message through the PayPal interface.

Its in the contact us section.

You will usually then get a generic email reply. You can then message again and get a human replying a few days later.
