so i have been testing out everything the past week or so. I have come across to believe the reason PayPal is doing security check (every account i seem to sell on even transactions as low as 60-70 bucks) seem to be because entropay is being used. I have not used Vanilla Visa for a long time but i think i might go ahead and try just to see what happens. before i go out and make the purchase i need to get some information from you guys if you dont mind.

That is just because paypal want to make sure its you sending money, withdrawing etc..
because you have changed something on the account, like new user account, ip address etc..
