PayPal stealth accounts questions
 

Hello everyone,

I am new here, just joined, and it seems like the perfect place to start trying to create my first stealth account. I do have a few questions though.

If I set up a new PP account on a different IP and everything and then access it with my old IP where my previous account was blocked will they recgonise this and block my new account? Also if I use a random/friends mobile number will they text/call for verification?

Also, under what circumstances will PP ask for ID verification?

Furthermore, since my bank account was linked to the banned PP account, to link my stealth accounts will I need to create a new bank account totally? I've read that PP don't see the name on the bank account so I can use the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and then just keep the bank details (bank number etc) as it is and everything will be ok?

My real concern is my IP address as I'm going to make the stealth account from my uni campus but I will have to access it from my home IP which is the one I got blocked on - If i do access it from home I will try and use a different PC/mobile though. Do PayPal see the mobile number I access from if I use my phone which I used as my phone number with a previous account and using 4g LTE?

You cannot use your old IP again

If you hit the EU limits they will ask for ID. They can ask for it for a lot of other reasons as well though so be ready

Yes you will need a new bank account. All PayPal can see is the banks name, sort code and account number. Just make sure the bank account is OK with mismatching name deposits

You should not really be using your uni's internet. You could get linked to dozens of other accounts so easily. It would be best to use something like a dongle/MiFi/tethering or a decent VPN
