PP Sending payments problem.
 

I'm getting really tired of PP nowadays. It is terrible!
So, i have 2 stealth accounts which are 1 month old. They are not verified and don't have vcc on them.
On the first account i have received a payment with 21 days hold. The hold already gone and the funds were released.
The second account also had a payment, but without 21 days hold.
When i try to spend the money from the first account ( purchase something from online stores), every time i've got error message that they can't proceed my payment. I have waited 24 hours and tried with small amount first and bam! The same thing.
In the end i have contacted pp and the representative was very polite.
He told me that, this is pp security system tha causes this problem, because i have weak buyer and selling history. He tried to overwrite it, but without success.
And in the end he told me to wait 24 hours, because the system is reseting every 24 hours and to try to pay with small amounts first.
On the second account, i have waited for 9 days from the transaction. I have 700$ balance. I've tried to purchase 10$ item, without success.
What i can i do now ?

What you should have been doing is reading up all the info in this forum which advises about not sending from PayPal to PayPal especially on accounts that are as new as that!, each one only one month old, they are to new to be doing anything like that with.

PayPal can bed pretty bad, but so can forum users who don't read up and learn and then come crying on here when things don't work out for them vp.racer, you need to be a little less 'racey', with handling your accounts !

I am not sending from account to account. I'm trying to buy something from online stores.

After paypal/ebay separated, new paypal account became harder to get to work in the early days.

paypal now seems to demand a lot of trust in accounts more thwn say one year ago.

There are many others on the forum, having the same problems.

Are you yet in a position to verify and confirm these accounts?

Right even so you are trying to do that with accounts that are not verified or confirmed as you said yourself, they replied to you exactly like it is, that you have a weak buying and selling history, accounts only a month old. Do more selling and build up some history, everyone has to do that to build trust with PayPal, so they can see you are going to be a good risk not a bad risk.

Ideally you want a verified account before trying to do much with the balance

It is Bulgarian account.
The PP is **** lately. Even their workers don't know exactly what is going on.
On the second account, 15 minutes after that error I have received an limitation. I will try to lift it now.

I think the point is the security system is so restrictive that you can't really establish history with anyone, let alone have access to your own money... Lmao.

Not a good system if it doesn't work.

That is exactly what i think!
They've gone ridiculous! First, there was 21 days hold on ebay payments. That was fine. Then they placed 21 days hold on every pp transaction. Ok, it is not such huge thing. But now, even 21 days hold cleared and they released your money, you can still not use your own money. WTF ?! I am not able even to pay with small amounts to establish some history. What to do, to sell more on this account, so there will be more money for them, when they sooner or later limit this account.....
Stupidity at it's finest!
Is there any alternative of PP ? System that protects buyers and sellers as PP does in early days.

P.P.: After all i was able to spend 10 bucks on the first account and after 10 minutes. Boom! Straight limitation. Now have to deal with it too. :brushteeth:

If you attempt to use Paypal without having any financial instruments attached (VCC or bank), you are always going to get problems moving money. They are reducing their exposure to money laundering.

Unfortunately, verified accounts are indeed having issues too.

I've called several times and been told the same thing over and over; there's nothing wrong with my account, yet the problem still persists.

Paypal pretty much royally screwed themselves. Whatever these changes are, it effects the security system as a whole.

there is more than one way to move money, think outside of the box.

If they want more history, how one can build a history if his PP can't send money to anyone? :)

Define "verified" account as well as how you access them with the internet.

In order:
A) Phone number attached to Google Voice. Texted & verified when the account was created.
B) Vanilla VCC attached and verified with code.
C) VBA. Bank account attached. Verified with micro-deposits. Not used for withdraw.

I don't think there is anything else to verify other than these things. I'm quite surprised, I don't even get a page for the security check anymore; it just flat out blocks me. Trying to buy some parts on Ebay, even for $1 results in not being able to use it as a payment method. Paypal reps still say they don't know what's going on, but just to try later. Although they acknowledge that several "feedback" complaints have been filed regarding this, they say "it's working" as it should.

The only thing I can think is of my IP somehow reflecting against my stealth account information (fresh ip, just doesn't match the address on file)? I'm still testing this theory and trying to figure it out, but takes time..

On verified accs is same thing. In addition, if you use 2 or 3 IPs for it, first you will get "We don't recognize your device. Pls verified with phone call ot txt msg"and then again same message.
In my opinion, when 21 days hold is released, you should wait 24 hours after system reset. Pay with very,very small amount. Than if the account is not limited, wait another 24 hours to increase the payment amount slowly and so on.

Is there any other methods ?

Not saying everything is a conspiracy theory, but Paypal may be holding money due to an anticipated market crash, or maybe recouping their losses during the holiday season.

Paypal just told me to pretty much wait all week, then it appears my account was finally limited. What a garbage system.

Few months experience and solution or problem causing this message is not found for me. Any updates ?
