how fast can I change phone number?
 

I've bought paypal/ebay package from vendor on this board. Now I need to accept sms to send money but I have no access to phone that was added and confirmed on paypal account. Can I add a new one (google voice) now and accept sms there? Or should I wait some time before do this?

How long ago did you buy the account? Have you talked to the person who sold you the account? They would be able to give the best advice. They might even still have the phone used to create the account, depending on how long it's been since you purchased it.

First port of call will be to PM the seller who sold you the account

They will be best positioned to assist you

Try and get the phone number used when creating the account from the account seller, if u change the number now it will not work to bypass this verification

Yes, you can but it is highly recommended that you wait few weeks before you change the number that account was created. Also it is better to get a number with same area code that account was originally created. I have done this multiple time w/o any issues. Best advise, ask your seller and he can guide you better.
