Using Paypal - Invoices - Money Request - Receiving money as goods or services?
I have had a paypal account for 10 years
I have been using square to send customers electronic invoices via email which is a service they provide, but they want all this information, asking a million questions, all of a sudden after using them for the past 3 years with no issues. Seems square is more catered to card present transactions, even though they offer invoice transactions
I have a website, and i sell vero items (used refurbished electronics). Sales range from $90 - $400 per transaction
I went back to paypal today, and sent a customer an invoice, which was easily paid, and the funds are being transferred to my bank without issues
I'm trying to be safe here with paypal. I'm not sure if invoices are the way to go? Paypal has a money request option, or a customer can send me money as services or goods using my email which i assume will cut cost of seller fees? Maybe add a "buy now" paypal button using html code, to my website that will redirect the customer to paypal to pay. I just don't want to screw things up, and have paypal hammer me for something
Can someone shed some light?
