 21 day hold question
Followed the stealth guide to making a new paypal and ebay, sold two items £70 all in, posted these first class recorded delivery and added tracking numbers to Ebay, on previous accounts ive noticed that ebay usually tells you an estimated day the funds are released after adding tracking but im seeing nothing on this new account? also paypal says 7th and 9th of February when I click details. Doesn't the money become available three days after the the items are signed for?
Any help is appreciated.
