Has Anyone had their limited PP reset for new year?

I have a number of pay pal accounts limited due to tax request info,
I read a lot of posts here that these "reset" after the first of the year.
Well, none of mine have, I'm still waiting. Has anyone here had their account "reset" so far this year?

If they are limited and requesting info, I do not believe they get "reset" and remove the limitation

but if you sold say, 19k on it last year and didnt get limited, you can now sell 19k again this year.
