Paypal has placed improper holds on some accounts and also looks to have improperly terminated and suspended accounts.

Payouts for damages are limited to $440 per affected account.

This is great because Paypal has been stiffing and screwing people over for years their getting exactly what they deserve although this settlement doesn't even phase Paypal really.

Hopefully now though Paypal has loosens its belt now and will have more leniency towards accounts because lets face it using Paypal in the past was like playing a game of hot potato.

I have read so many horror stories about their treachery and shenanigans in the past!
