PayPal won't have a clue they're linked together. More to the point you cannot add a bank debit card to a stealth PayPal because the addresses do not match. The debit card won't pass the AVS check.

I am a little confused OP as your post suggests you have added debit cards in the past? There IS a way to do this but I am not sure that you are actually using that precise method?
He's probably adding the postcode and house number on the billing address when adding the card, eventually that will just link all the accounts. Not a good method.
You can add the bank account to 1 PayPal and the card to another PayPal if you want, but you will have the AVS issue as mentioned
Your also not going to be able to withdraw to a card, it would just be there for buying, reimbursing or paying fees. Does not really seem to be much advantage over a VCC to be honest
