How in the world does paypal go from holding everything to all payments instantly released, even on brand new stealth accounts?

Happens with all new PP accounts, once they deem you trustworthy I suppose you could say, they take the holds of and then the worlds your oyster.

No, you are misunderstanding. All my nee stealth accounts have no holds. Im talking payments of a few hundred, instantly available. I made a new account yesterday and got paid today, fund available.

Tons of threads about this from this month and last. They almost always come back. Sometimes a month later.

I always wondered about this as I created a stealth account around 5 weeks ago sold my first item and funds were available instantly sold a few more and again funds were available only thing I had to do was wait for 72 hours for the withdrawal.

On another stealth account I created around 4 or 5 weeks ago my money was in a pending balance and was not available for withdrawal instantly I don't really understand it either.

PP works in mysterious ways, I had 3 accounts exact same, enjoy it while it lasts
