Is this unusual

eBay account, about 5 months old with 90ish feedback, 100% positive. Payments were initially subject to the standard 21 day hold with Paypal, then it sort of held one in every 3 or 4, then it went back to holding every payment. Also, I've made a good number of withdrawals, but I am still having to wait 72 hours for withdrawal.

This is a UK account with a Natwest basic bank account attached.

Few returns, but it's hard to avoid them when selling sized items. My next review will apparently see me awarded 'Top Seller Status' so the account is being run well.
