Is VBA or VCC verification best ?
 
When I buy a Paypal account, should it be both VBA + VCC verified or is it ok with only one verification method ?

When you buy an account....it should at least be Confirmed with the VCC. You can always ask the seller if they sell Accounts that are also Verified with a VBA.

Usually it's more expensive when it's VBA verified also.

So my question is if it's enough with only VCC verification or does the account be VBA verified to be on the sure side ?
