Have you encountered phone verification, withdrawing to bank account?
 

To preface, I have made an stealth paypal with a fluke phone number.
I know for a fact that paypal requires phone verification once you tend to transfer funds to another PP account, but want to know if I will be encountering such verification for bank withdrawal. (from Paypal).
Any insight? Or such experience?

I once verified a credit card successfully without a phone verification literally. But I just have no idea as for adding a BANK ACCOUNT , same thing happen.
I have one simple questions:
Is it possible to add a bank account and subsequently withdraw pp funds to bank, I get no verification at all??

Depends honestly. If you are going on the account from a different IP, you will be asked to verify phone #. You can just message support and tell them you recently changed your phone # because someone harassed you and now it won't let you withdraw your money. If it would keep happening to me, I would just message them again that it is happening again and they'd keep letting me bypass it.

I think OP has a japanese account.

In my experience IT bank account on an IT PayPal, triggers phone verification... this is what I have experienced on more than one account.
