Am I linked?
 

My main paypal limited 5 months ago because of receiving payments of my website. (ex: xxxxx.com) Then limitation removed but paypal said if I'll receive payment for xxxxx.com again I'll get banned forever.

For the last 5 months I've been using a stealth paypal. But yesterday a customer opened a case and wrote "I paid for xxxxx.com" at the case message.

Is this 2 paypal accounts linked now? And (if linked) how long does it take paypal limit the account?

Was the amount they raised the dispute for much?

Might be worth just refunding them if it was not so that it does not get a manual review and the pp rep sees the reference to the website xxxxx.com

They're not linked automatically, but they will be if the case or your account is reviewed manually

I immediately refunded the customer and case closed.
