Security Check (Dont recognize device?) when transfering money

Does anyone have a solution to get past this? Multiple stealths of mine get this security check when I try to transfer funds.

How old are the accounts and how much are u sending?

Are these US accounts or Canadian?
The most common issue is not enough trust by paypal which can be remedied with time.

upload photo id in paypal.com/confirmcard and it'll let you bypass it, tried it on multiple accounts and it worked for me.

My accounts range from 1-4 months old and they are all Canadian accounts.

Did you have to wait until Paypal manually approve your photo IDs?

Hello, I tried uploading a pic then transferring funds right after, but it did not work. Does paypal need to approve of the picture before I can transfer the funds?
