How safe to post to...

Hello,

My item value is about $120. I got few orders to ireland, spain, france and italy. All of them with unconfirmed address. Message to few of them they respond that paypal in their country can not confirm address. Is that true?

That's why I don't take orders from those countries.

Some people can't confirm, but regardless if I'm selling a high value item I usually require confirmed address.
