While we are discussing methods that don't work.. it's been like two months since I've started trying to add this bank account to my paypal. I've been trying to add it like once every 7-10 days. WEN IT GONNA WORK MANNN???

Noobarki, yesterday it worked for me like a charm. On a month old account, unverified, got the message when trying to pay with pp balance. Account added to app and payment was done.

I've tried calling them, but they seem to not know themselves - suggested clearing cookies, said that cell phone plan registered under a family plan, high-risk recipient, even pulled out questions based on public records' information. Any one knows how to resolve this effectively?
