Default Cartmanger+Paypal and Auctvia Checkout are safer than getting limitation?
i have tried both of these checkout system. It seems that they are not that easy to get paypal limitation than ebay's regular checkout system.

Just my exprience, has anyone verified this?

Fewer PayPal limitations you mean? Then yes, it's one of the benefits of going this route.

Would cartmanager still be as effective at being...umm (limitation resistant), if I used a paypal that was previously used with an eBay account..

Will PaPal still limit based on high volume(what they call "unusall activity")
