Getting pending payments again?
 

I've had this account for about 10 months, almost 30 positive feedback, no negative feedback. My payments were coming through fine last month when I was selling, and now every payment coming through is pending.
They sent me a notification saying that my payments will be pending for 21 days or sooner if I provide shipping details and such, but when I click on that it says 0/60 days without a problem. I've never refunded any payments, never had any disputes on this account.
Any idea on why they are doing this? Have about $1,300 pending right now. Thanks in advance

Now they just perm limited the account, saying i can withdraw in 180 days after last transaction. No reason why, nothing to do about it

So you never provided tracking info for each order?

They did a manual review on your account and deemed it risky.

Of course I provided tracking on every order. But now my account is perm limited with no reason with $2000 in it.
How is it risky when every single order was positive. I had top rated seller status on the ebay account.

Did you somehow accepted a direct payment from another Paypal account?

No it was all ebay sales, never used the paypal account to purchase anything, withdrew plenty of times to bank account with no problem
