I have 1 ip address that I made for my paypal stealth account but I still have a legit paypal that was link to my suspended ebay and I still want to use for other stuff. My question is if I login to my legit paypal with the same ip as my stealth paypal is that bad?

Yes - that's a solid link and at some point you will either have both or one of them go down when there is a lot of funds being held.

Always seems to be the way it will be limited when there are funds pending / available and just before you withdraw
