hi everyone,
i too have a question,Im at the 500 limit and need to confirm a cc.can i just use say a walmart gift card to confirm it? is that possible? if not i do have a real credit card but it is a name & Zipcode mismatch.can paypal see the name on it? i know when you go to buy online,they verify the credit card for name and address.is this what pp does? i cant be wrong or ill screw myself up.i want to stay away from vcc because they know near all vcc's any help will be appreciated very much,thanks.

use a vanilla visa gift card and add your stealth zipcode address at their website.

Literally any Gift Card with a Mastercard or Visa Logo will work.....NOT PREPAID Cards but GIFT CARDS.

I used a vanilla visa giftcard to lift my limits. it worked fine.

some of the prepaid debits, you can register the temp cards to use online, so theye do work too.

Right but why not just keep it simple....gift cards work and no SSN required.

most vanilla minimum load is like 25, some prepaid lets you load like 10 or less
