Bank Account link to paypal

Hello Members, i want to ask - my paypal is registered in European Union Country and we have here EURO currency in use. I get funds to paypal in GBP. When i withdraw money i receive in EURO and lose some in the coversion. But my sister lives in UK and i want to add here bank account to my paypal to withdraw payments with no coversion to here UK bank account. Is this legal?
