EU eBay/PayPal/withdrawals - advice needed
 

I'm in eBay business more than 10 years. I mostly sell collectibles. I have both eBay and PayPal business accounts registered on my real name. Turnover cca. $1,5-2k per month. PayPal is registered in one EU country and Visa card is from another EU country bank. I didn't have any problem with withdrawals. PayPal somehow didn't recognize that I added foreign Visa card. So withdrawals arrived to my foreign bank account.

Since I want to stay under the radar and be anonymous when doing online business I decided to go stealth. I simply don't want that both eBay or PayPal share my info with government and other authorities. EU is following every USA step becoming an Orwellian superstate which monitors every step of their citizens. And government chase only small people and entrepreneurs... "big fish" don't have such problems.

So I plan to launch an Stealth eBay account + PayPal. I'll not rush and my idea is to move to stealth during the period of 1 year. So within 1 year I'll move my business to stealth mode.

The main issue for me are withdrawals. How to organize them without being traced... Is there any way to do so?

My alternative idea is to use funds on PayPal for my purchases and buying goods which I can later resell in person.

If you're in a country that allows withdrawals to CC's then you won't have many problems getting your funds on stealth accounts. I'm not very familiar with EU Paypal's so hopefully other members will chime in. But I think you can withdraw to an Entropay VCC if you are in a country that allows withdrawals to CC's.

I never recommend using your Paypal funds to pay your supplier unless you absolutely have to. Paypal makes wholesaler's nervous, plus paying with Paypal adds fees which has an impact on your bottom line.

Entropay are virtual cards. You cannot use them to withdraw from an ATM

So what can you suggest me to do i need to withdraw from stealth paypal to ATM.Is there any option like this?
