Verifying stealth PayPal account
 

Hello everyone. Just joined and I'm having a problem understanding how to verify stealth account.

I know that I can verify it with VCC or VBA but I don't really know much providers for these. I only know about EntroPay but I know that PayPal has info that the VCC is theirs. I don't really know about VBA though...

Can I probably use prepaid card to verify it as well?

I just want to make my account from Non-Verified to Verified using stealth info.
