What bank did you try?

There thousands upon thousands of different banks.

How are you certain sure it's not the BANK ACCOUNT you're trying to add? Where/whom did you get it from?

When you say 'cannot add ANY bank' it implies you attempted multiple bank accounts from multiple banks. Im betting that is NOT the case.
Share with us which banks exactly you attempted to use before you make a statement like that.
