Paypal Europe / withdraw paypal money to credit card
 

Hello,

I have question , if its possible to withdraw money from paypal Europe aco**** to whatever credit card? For example Im register in Latvia with my paypal for withdraw I use Latvia credit card,but is it possible to withdraw money from that account to China Card or whatever country card which accepts withdraw.

I guess it is strongly dependent on the country of the PayPal account and the country of the CC you want to use.

Yes, it is possible. To withdraw from Latvia Paypal, the card does not need to be issued by a Latvian bank.

You can withdraw to any VISA card as long as the card accept withdrawal.
To be very safe try to match the name

That's correct, it doesn't work for UK PayPal.

Despite his UK profile flag, the OP isn't in the UK. He is talking about Latvian PayPal.

Thank you for answers , so if I have also and other Europe Paypal account which accepts VISA card most important thing that VISA need accept withdraw from paypal? So based I have Latvia paypal and withdraw funds to CHINA VISA CARD OR PHILIPINNES VISA CARD?
There will be no problem with that at all?

It's nothing to do with Paypal. It is in case the card issuer rejects the transfer because the name doesn't match.

Nothing rejects / trust me :)
All Euro paypal account when transfer funds to card they didint match ( with paypal and card names) and bank accepts its.

Talking about stealth account.

That maybe the case with the specific cards that you have used but it is not the case for every card. There are several card issuers that will reject transfers in mismatching names.

Did you ever use European Paypal account and transfer funds with not mismatch name? and you get reject from bank?

Not personally but several people have reported issues withdrawing to Entropay in mismatching names.

The European accounts that I have that I withdraw to card on all have matching names.

So does the main EntroPay account / card have to be matching for no issues, or can you have one of the sub cards in the same name to withdraw to and this would / would not cause an issue?

Yes , but do paypal care in which country Card based? If my VISA card for example will be in HK ,but paypal account register in latvia, there will be no problem for withdraw??

Yes, they can.

The first 6 digits of the card number is known as the Bank Identification Number (BIN). This tells you what bank issued the card. If you know the bank, you know what country it originated from as well.

Guys, idk about other countries but in Albania the card is not required to match paypal name.

I have a couple of stealths in different names. I have attached to all of them different visa cards but all in my real name (mismatch with stealth). I can withdraw to them all.

US people using Ntro vcc's had problem because of the currency of the vcc.
I assume the cc should be in euro or us dollar to work.

There is no problem where is the CC issued, till it works correctly.

Yes correct. But you need to make sure that this CC will accept your withdraw currency. For example your account is based in EUROS but you ar withdrawing to USD card. It might rise issue also with your PayPal account while verifying this card..
