Paypal and ebay linking tracking - now separate companies
 

I think this is a interesting question, since ebay and paypal are now separate companies, in the old days, people say, they can link their IP information they gather and link your accounts...

For example. you have one windows user just for one ebay stealth account, never to login from the same user with your paypal account that has linked to your failed ebay account..

Now they are two companies, does this rule still apply?

that's in their both interest to keep some rules, so i think nothing will change about that

Dont make the mistake of thinking theyre two separate companies.
Theyre not.
The change was for accounting purposes only.
Nothing in the way they operate has changed or will change anytime soon and they still share ALL information between them.

It still protects both companies to openly share information so don't let this so called split alter your processes
