New ACC balance about 600$
 

Hey i got verifed stealth ACC on PP 100% with bank and cc, wanted to send 200$ to my orginal PP but i get msg like "We're sorry,but we can't send your payment right now"

So i dont made a another try beacuse those idiots could block me, also its a 2 weeks account and i just typed them email if i can somewhere confirm my ID(⊗⊗⊗⊗ of course) but no respond from 24H

How to avoid this ****...

Well it's pretty much to have in a 2 week old acc.
And it's definitely not recommended to send the money between your stealth, main or whatever accounts. As they could get linked and limited.

To avoid this message you might just want to wait... Or try using an android emulator and PP app.

If you can -- just withdraw the money to your CC or bank account (but not the whole amount instantly, of course).

Why ? I got completely other pc with other IP address and cookies to login both account, and i have vcc connected to account stealth

Could take a few months to be honest. You need to earn Paypal's trust and right now you got none.
Patience is key when doing stealth.

Why do you want to send money between your pp accounts OP?

Because on mine I have linked my bank account.

It's pretty risky sending money as gift to your main account.
But if you're willing to take the risk -- you'll have to wait till PP let's you send the money. :)

Another option would be to attach a bank account or a VCC to your stealth acc which accepts withdrawals.
