Paypal wont let me add bank balance ....
 

I've tried about a half dozen times to add a perfectly legal bank account to my " limited and under review " paypal and I keep getting this :
"The paypal server is currently experiencing some difficulties . Please try again later or contact customer service " I've tried adding the details over a period of a week now and everytime the same message , anyone else got this , is it just paypal refusing to add them full stop and just basically forcing me to call them now :(

You may need to call in and have them manually add the account

Might be that its a blacklisted bank.
Could help if you mentioned what bank youre trying to add.

Nah its just a lloyds account , nothing unusual

Had that error happen to me on a brand new stealth account trying to add a brand new bank. I had to call PayPal to get it added. Took me two attempts though as the first agent wanted to ask me "personal generated questions" based from credit file before he would proceed to add it for me, but as my address was not real no questions would come up and basically told me he couldn't add it. After that call finished, I called again and the next agent I got manually added it for me straight away.

What's your account limited for? Don't add a bank account if it's at risk of a permanent limitation, as you won't be able to use that bank on any other paypal stealth accounts.

They were suspicious of what I was selling basically . The account still has £1300 in it , I want them to permanently limit it so I can get my money out eventually into that lloyds account , this will probably be my last paypal account then as I'm trying another payment processor now instead . I've got the message now paypal , stop using us , understood , just give me my effing money back and I'll move on .

Maybe Paypal does not allow you to add bank since it is limited and under review now, you may need to wait for 180 days until you get the "withdraw email" from Paypal, then you can add the bank to take the money out or request a check.

I think they reduced it to 45 days
